Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, Radio France Choir, conductor Mikko Franck and soloist Jérôme Voisin will give the world premiere of Geoffrey Gordon's Ses purs ongles très haut, a special commission from Radio France. The work is inspired by the poem of French symbolist poet, Stéphane Mallarmé, and shares the program with the monumental Symphony No. 7 (Leningrad) of Russian composer Dimitri Shostakovich.
